Baby Bundle Series: Carriers/Sleepers
Hey, everyone, it’s day 2 of my Baby Bundle Series! Yesterday I talked all about my favorite nursing go to items and today I want to share some of my favorite carriers and sleepers. This is a huge part of parenting to have these items as they can be very helpful in daily routines and getting enough sleep!
Here was day 1 of the series:
To start I want to share a new investment we made. I was at Target one day and saw a Graco Click Connect double stroller….and it was on sale! I called my husband and told him I had to get it. He agreed so I came home that day with a double stroller. Not what I had planned for my Target trip that day but I feel like that happens often at Target! 🙂
Graco Ready2grow Click Connect LX Stroller
When we had Lucy we were gifted the Graco Modes Travel Travel System with Snug Ride Click Connect Car Seat. I absolutely loved this stroller. It has been a really great stroller for us and I loved that it had so many riding options. The click connect series is great because anything within that series works together. I love that this double stroller has 12 riding options and that there’s also standing platform/bench option for our older daughter. The girls will be a little over 3 years apart so Lucy won’t always want to be sitting when we go places. 🙂 I’m sad to see my old stroller go but I know this is going to be a great new stroller for us!
Fisher-Price Snugabunny Cradle N’ Swing
I can not rave enough about this swing!! This swing saved us many, many times when Lucy did not want to go to sleep. I was gifted the mamaRoo and I couldn’t wait for Lucy to use it…unfortunately she didn’t dig it. I’m hoping the next one will like it more. The problem was that it didn’t have enough movement for Lucy. Lucy was a mover and a shaker and liked the swing on high. It honestly is magical and I love this thing. I was babysitting a friend’s baby a few months ago and he was not wanting to sleep and she told me that may happen. I put him in the swing after a while of walking him around, bouncing him, rocking him, etc. and he was out. Magical!
HALO Bassinest Swivel Sleeper Bassinet, Luxe Series
This is new to me and I can NOT wait to use it! I had a basic bassinet for Lucy that had no bells and whistles. It worked but it wasn’t great. I remember falling asleep while rocking the cradle by hand trying to get Lucy to fall asleep. The HALO Bassinet has so many amazing features that I think will be amazing for the new babe. I did have a c-section with Lucy so there is a chance I will be having another one and this bassinet has side wall that lowers so it’s easy to grab baby. It was made with c-section mamas in mind. It rotates 360 degrees and can basically be brought as close to you as you want it the baby to be. It has multiple levels of vibration, music, nursing timer, and a floor light so you can get up without disturbing baby, among many other amazing things! I can’t wait to share with you how I like it in December!
Boppy Newborn Lounger
This wasn’t around when I had Lucy….at least that I was aware of. I’ve heard nothing but amazing things about this product! Every Mom I have talked to recommends this product. It’s great to set baby in and then you can interact with them hands-free. It gives you a little break from holding and a comfy little spot for the little one.
Tula Ergonomic Carrier
This was another product I did not have with Lucy but super excited to have with our new little girl. It’s another product that almost every mom I talk to says it’s a must-have! This carrier can be worn but in the front and back. It’s made for babies 15-45lbs but you can use it with toddlers if you get the Tula Free to Grow Extenders and can be used with newborns if you get the Tula Infant Insert. I’ve heard they are extremely comfortable and they last for a really long time! Plus they come in so many adorable colors and designs! What’s not to love?!
These are just a few of my favorite items for baby and I wouldn’t recommend them to you if I didn’t love them! I can’t wait to share with you how I’m enjoying the new to me products for baby number 2. There are so many amazing products out there but these come highly recommended by myself and many other mothers! I’ll see you tomorrow for the next segment of the series
