Right now I’m laying on the beach in Hawaii sipping on a Mai Tai waiting for my brother to get married! With that being said and the weather changing I thought I would share some amazing cocktails that I plan to make this summer! I love trying new drinks and I’ll admit I love fruity girly drinks! I’m not a huge beer drinker so I like the change it up with my choice of cocktail. For all of the recipes please click on the picture.

Friday Favorite: Refreshing Summer Cocktails
The Rio Margarita
I went to college in Colorado and there I discovered my favorite drink of all time…a margarita from The Rio. It’s so amazing and I was instantly hooked. They are super delicious and very strong. Let’s just say you get cut off at 3. Yep, there is only a limit of 3 margaritas a night! That’s how amazing they are! I found their recipe on Pinterest so I just had to share!
Dirty Shirley
One of my favorite drinks as a child was a Shirley Temple. How about an adult version that makes you feel like a kid again!? I love this drink and it’s an updated adult version. 🙂
Mango Martini
I love having fruit in my cocktails and this sounds so refreshing to drink. I imagine myself sitting by the pool sipping on my mango martini this summer for sure!
Champagne Margarita
Okay, so this combines my two favorite drinks into one! I love me a good glass of Champagne and a good Margarita. Best of both worlds in my opinion!
Raspberry Beer Cocktail
Now I’m not a beer drinker but this one sounds delicious. The blend of vodka, beer, lemonade, and raspberries sound amazing. I’m so excited to try this one out this summer!
Sparkling Strawberry Lemonade
Lemonade is a go-to drink during the summer so why not spice it up and make it into a tasty cocktail? Sounds good to me!
Marshmallow Cake-tini Cocktail
Last but not least here is a fun dessert drink to try out this summer. My birthday is in July so I’m pretty sure I’m going to celebrate with this fun and tasty drink. It looks like a birthday cake and will taste like one too! Why not a Cake-tini with my cake!?
If I haven’t tried some of these already I do plan to try them all this summer! Not all in one night of course! 🙂 I’m really looking forward to a fun summer with my friends and family while enjoying a few refreshing cocktails on the way! Happy Friday! I’ll be heading back to Minnesota this weekend so I may have to make one of these drinks when I get home to make me feel like I’m back by the beach!
