Anyone that knows me knows that my husband is the main cook in our household. I mean it’s in his blood…he’s Italian, so why not let him do most of the cooking?! I am mostly a stay at home so I have been trying to help out in that area more often. I don’t claim to be an amazing cook by any means but I can follow a recipe quite well. (I do pride myself in my abilities with baking! I can bake the crap out of some cookies!) I also really like to cook with the crockpot/slow cooker. I have some major crockpot love! It’s hard to mess up a crockpot meal which is a bonus for me!
I wanted to share with everyone this Friday some of my favorite go-to crockpot meals! I have tried and loved all of these. What’s more delish than food that has slow cooked for hours and comes out tender and juicy!?

So apparently, I really like chicken crockpot dishes! Haha! I do find chicken to be better in the crockpot because typically it does not dry out where it can on the grill or in the oven. I want to expand my horizons after creating this post and try some other meat groups! I’ll let you know if I try something and love it!
Also, something that changed my life with crockpot cooking was Reynolds Slowcooker Liners!!! Seriously it takes away about 90% of the cleaning time and a quick scrub and rinse and your crockpot is ready for the next cooking session!
